The Verona-based cancer-support group WINGS (Women Inspiring Nurturing Giving Strength & Support) will have a workshop on happiness at its meeting on Thursday, October 14. The meeting will take place on Zoom beginning at 7 p.m.
What is the pursuit of happiness? How do we find it? How do we hold on to it? Facilitator Wendy Van Besien will explore these questions as she presents a framework that can be used to define what happiness means to each of us and to create our own well-being formula.
