Verona will mark National Night Out next Tuesday, August 3, at the Verona Community Center from 6 to 9 p.m. National Night Out is an annual, nationwide campaign to promote strong partnerships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
Verona’s event will feature all of the town’s emergency services–the Verona Fire Department, Verona Rescue Squad and the Verona Police Department. There will be activities and games for children, live demonstrations, obstacle courses and educational information.
National Night Out is a free event, and it will be held rain or shine.
