If your company is calling you back into the office in Manhattan, it’s time to dust off your DeCamp bus tickets. The company will resume service on the #33 line to and from New York City on Monday, June 14.
But it won’t be like the pre-pandemic service. While the #33 once had up to six buses an hour stopping in Verona on the morning and evening rush, the new schedule will have just three morning buses with stops at Lakeside at roughly 6:35, 7:35 and 8:35 a.m. In the evening, the #33 will depart the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 5, 6 and 7 p.m. The new #33 schedule is here.
There will also be limited service on the #66 and #44 lines and Jonathan DeCamp, the company’s vice president, says all schedules will be updated on the DeCamp website tomorrow.
You can buy tickets in all the old places, like the Port Authority or Henry’s Fine Foods, or, for inbound trips, on the bus in cash. If you have an old ticket bought before the company suspended service, it will be honored until August 31. All bus passengers must wear face masks.
