Real Estate: 3 New Listings, 1 Open House , 0 Price Changes
It’s not just the weather that’s in a deep freeze this weekend: The Verona real estate market has only three new listings and one open houses. That’s the lowest activity in many weeks.
Verona has been a popular destination for home buyers in the past year, which has often left real estate agents scrambling for inventory. The activity has been very good news for sellers as the the average sold price town-wide rose to $490,000 for 2020, up from $468,000 for 2019. Downward price adjustments have been rare during the boom, and there are none this weekend.
