The big question this weekend is: condo or single-family home? There are three new listings in the Claridge House) condominium towers on the east side of Verona, but there are also freestanding dwellings among the new listings and open houses (the Claridge doesn’t allow open houses).

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

1 Claridge Drive #208: 1 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Custom renovation. $550,000.

2 Claridge Drive #6HW: 2 bed, 3 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Fully renovated. $747,000.

OPEN HOUSES

15 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, vaulted ceiling in main bedroom. $640,000. Open house Saturday, 1 to 3 p.m.

32 Otsego Road: 4 beds, 4 baths. New construction, second-floor laundry. $855,000. Open house Saturday 2 to 4 p.m. 

256 Fairview Avenue: 5 beds, 5 1/2 baths. Living room with 2-story ceiling, first-floor master suite. $990,000. Open house Saturday, noon to 3 p.m.

PRICE CHANGES

2 Claridge Drive #10GE: 1 bed, 2-bath condo in full-service high-rise building. W/d in unit, storage on floor. Price cut $26,000 to $389,000.
