Real Estate: 9 New Listings, 1 Open House, 6 Price Changes

New listings have been in short supply this year compared to past springs, so the good news is that there are nine of them and that they are a varied lot. There are condos and single-family homes, with a contractor’s special thrown in for good measure. The only open house is a virtual showing that requires pre-registration. There are also six properties with lower prices and two are on their second adjustment.
