Doors Of Verona: May 7

It was McCabe vs. McCabe in yesterday’s “Doors Of Verona” battle. Molly McCabe first guessed Lakeside Deli, then Joe McCabe guessed Salugo. Both were wrong. Molly then came back with Canine Designs near the Post Office, while Joe offered up Tiara Nails, which is next to Salugo. Molly was correct, however, and for that, she is getting a $25 gift certificate to Vival Wellness Center, which opened in the center Verona early this year. Dog-grooming salons remain open because the state has deemed them essential to the wellness of our animals, though Canine Designs is asking anyone who stops by to practice social distancing.

Vival’s owner has an extensive background in osteopathic techniques, which she says help restore the body’s natural self-healing process without the need of drugs or chemicals. Like many businesses in Verona, Vival has had to temporarily close because of New Jersey’s directives to flatten the growth of the novel coronavirus COVID-19.

Today’s restorative will be a $25 gift certificate to Grimaldi’s, the pizzeria that is almost directly across the street from Vival, which is still open for pickup and delivery. (MyVeronaNJ is spending $1,000 to buy gift certificates from Verona businesses to give to contest winners.) To win it, you have to put the correct guess on the photo posted above in the Comments section below. If you have won before, you can’t win again.

  1. Your second guess was the right one Jess. Yes, this is the front door of Pursue Physical Therapy. Congratulations and be on the lookout for your gift certificate to Grimaldi’s. Pursue Physical Therapy
