Have you been working from home, and traveling no further than the grocery store? While we’re “staying home and staying safe,” perhaps there’s a few extra dollars in your pocket because it’s been awhile since you’ve had to fill up your car’s gas tank. Why not use some of those extra dollars to help fuel the Holy Spirit Food Pantry?
The pantry, which is located in the church across from the field at H.B. Whitehorne is participating in a virtual donation drive through YouGiveGoods.com. You can shop online for the pantry and YouGiveGoods will email you a tax deductible receipt. It will ship all donations to the pantry at the close of the drive on June 5.
Holy Spirit has a goal of getting 500 items to support the drive. You can access its shopping page here.
