You might have seen them when you were walking around Verona this past weekend, simple inspirational messages on the sidewalks in chalk. It had been promoted by a Verona and Cedar Grove parents’ group on Facebook and was part of a nationwide movement running under the hashtag #chalkyourwalk.
Today’s snow and rain might have erased some of them, but when the sun comes out tomorrow, take a look around. In the meantime, we’ll share these images captured by MyVeronaNJ reader Carmela Pinon.
