This Thursday, March 12, is one of the two annual Family Nights organized by the Verona Municipal Alliance Committee (VMAC). There will be no after-school commitments or homework that day so that Verona families can have a leisurely meal together.
If you plan on eating out, know that many Verona restaurants are offering discounts on Family Night. There are printed coupons available at the Verona Library, Community Center and Town Hall, or you can download them here.
This year, VMAC also wants you to know that Towne Scoop and Lakeside Deli sponsored the VMAC Family Night poster contest. Ivy Liaukus and Chloe Wynne, who created the winning posters, will enjoy lunch and ice cream as a result of this sponsorship.
