Verona Arts has opened its first fine arts exhibition, “Artists Among Us”, in collaboration with the Verona Public Library.

The small collection of art features the work of seven local artists, showcasing a range of mediums and techniques, and it will be on display on the library’s second floor through March 15.

Formed last year by a diverse group of visual artists, Verona Arts has held talks on museum exhibitions and famous works of art. In September, it held Verona’s first chalk art festival in the driveway in front of H.B. Whitehorne.

The Library is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; and from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
