Verona’s 23nd annual Fair in the Square is this Saturday, December 7, from noon to 5 p.m. in the Town Square.
There will be more than 80 different things to see and do, from crafters and other vendors, to live entertainment and children’s activities. Local food and beverages will be sold. Celebrations include the arrival of Santa and traditional tree lighting at 4:30 p.m.
Other activities include:
- Photos with Santa from 1 to 3 p.m.
- A mechanical snowboard
- Free shredding from noon to 3 p.m. in Lot 1 behind Chase Bank
- Free ear and eye screenings provided by the Verona Lions Club
- A performance by one of the HBW bands
- The Verona Public Library big annual book sale
- Polka Dot all day long
- Holiday dance performances
- Police, Fire & Rescue Vehicles
