Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. (right) congratulates Amy and David Origlieri from Verona and their dog Ramona, who were dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, for winning second place in the best group costume category at the Essex County Strut Your Mutt Canine Halloween Costume Contest in Essex County Hilltop Dog Park in North Caldwell on Saturday, October 19. The County also hosted one other costume parade and contest at the Branch Brook Dog Park in Essex County Branch Brook Park on Saturday, October 19.
