On Tuesdays October 22 and November 19, the Verona Public Library will host a talk called “Genealogy 101“. Professional genealogist Michelle Chubenko will present an introduction to family history research. Chubenko was a researcher on TLC’s Who Do You Think You Are? and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, local and ethnic genealogical societies, and is active in local history organizations.

The free talks will be held at 7 p.m. In addition to the talks, holders of a Verona Public Library card can also access the genealogical database Ancestry.com through the library’s computers.
