Traditional Irish music and story telling is coming to Verona Public Library this Saturday, March 16.
McDermott’s Handy will perform two special programs at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The musical duo will play traditional Irish songs and tell classic stories for children at 11 a.m. In the afternoon, all ages are invited for a special concert of Irish music. Hear Celtic harp, fiddle, flute, guitar, banjo, tin whistle, bouzouki and occasionally the bodhran. There will be singing too.
