The Verona-based cancer-support WINGS (Women Inspiring Nurturing Giving Strength & Support) will hold a full-day program of healing on Saturday, March 23, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Day of Holistic Healing will feature keynote speaker Eva Grayzel, drumming, Tai Chi, singing bowls and more. It will be held at St. Nicholas, Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 80 Laurel Avenue, in Roseland.
The cost to attend is $25, and the registration fee includes a light breakfast and boxed lunch. Seats are limited, and you should register online by March 8.
WINGS offers educational programs in the healing arts and group support to help women regain physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It holds regular free presentations on holistic therapies at the Verona Community Center. You can learn more about its programming here.
