Sanctuary policies for illegals are already passed in Bloomfield, Burlington County, Camden County, East Orange, Highland Park, Hoboken, Hopewell, Jersey City, Leonia, Maplewood, Middlesex County, Morristown, Newark, Passaic County, Princeton, Prospect Park, South Orange, Trenton, Union County. Nationwide, the number has doubled to 564 Sanctuary Jurisdictions, disobeying federal law and refusing to cooperate with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and US Customs and Border Protection(CBP).(https://www.fairus.org/sites/default/files/2018-05/Sanctuary-Report-FINAL-2018.pdf) We taxpayers can’t support unlawful and dangerous sanctuary cities.
Vote for Republicans Jay Webber and Bob Hugin to protect us from Sanctuary Cities! Sherrill claims she’ll protect women and children better than Jay Webber. Really? Webber and Hugin want to eliminate dangerous sanctuary cities. Sherrill campaigns with Governor Murphy and Cory Booker and is voting for Bob Menendez, all supporters of sanctuary cities and states.
“Immigration” doesn’t even make Mikie’s website list of her 12 important issues! Those we send to DC can’t ignore this critical issue. Webber and Hugin will work to fix our immigration system, end sanctuary cities, and support humane and common sense paths to citizenship for dreamers and LEGAL immigrants. We can’t allow thousands of illegals to force their way to the “head of the line” ahead of LEGAL immigrants already paying taxes and waiting to become US citizens. ALL immigrants must follow the laws of our wonderful melting-pot nation, just as we citizens do.
