Zaferon Grill has closed. The Mediterranean-style bistro near the corner of Bloomfield and Grove avenues opened in early 2017, and had announced a new chef in September after participating in Verona Restaurant Week. A note on Zaferon’s website reads:
“To our Community of Friends and Supporters,
We announce with sadness the closing of Zaferon Grill on October 13. To all of you who became a part of Zaferon’s family over the last 20 months, it has been our privilege and pleasure to serve you. We thank you and will greatly miss you.
