Verona foodies take note: The Township of Verona is teaming up with our business community to hold Verona’s first ever Restaurant Week. From Sunday, September 16, through Thursday, September 20, you can enjoy a three-course dinner at each participating eatery for just $25.

The event is still taking shape but the list of participating restaurants so far includes Ariane Kitchen & Bar, Aroy-D The Thai Elephant, Avenue Bistro, Bella Gente, Empanada Lady, Frank Anthony’s, Grimaldi’s, Miele’s, The Guac Spot, The Verona Inn and Zaferon Grill. Steve Neale, Verona’s director of administration and economic development, says he expects other food businesses will participate in some fashion, whether that’s by offering specials or entertainment.

Reservations are going to be recommended during Restaurant Week, but walk-ins will also be welcome.
