Copyright Jack O'NeillVerona held its Independence Day fireworks on Monday, July 2, at the Verona Community Center and Jack O’Neill captured some of the best bursts for MyVeronaNJ.com from a perch high atop White Rock Road.

O’Neill will be a sophomore at Verona High School come fall. He got his start in photography on his smartphone in 2014, but has since graduated to a digital camera, a Nikon D3400. You can follow his work on Instagram at @j_0photography.
