The H.B. Whitehorne Middle School Kind Club is excited to announce that we will be hosting an outdoor movie night on Friday, May 18 at 8 p.m. for all HBW students and families.

The movie Wonder will be projected near the soccer field behind the school. The goal of the Kind Club is to spread kindness, compassion, and acceptance throughout the school and community, and this message is perfectly portrayed in the inspirational story about Auggie Pullman in the movie Wonder.

Tickets are available for $4 per person. This money will cover the cost of licensing the movie showing. Students and families can come out and enjoy a night under the stars! They can bring their own blankets and snacks if they would like. Everyone should on arriving around 7:30 p.m. to grab a spot on the grass. The Towne Scoop ice cream truck will also be selling ice cream treats and popcorn for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a family and community event, and students are encouraged to attend with adult supervision.

If you would like to purchase a ticket(s) please contact Mrs. Hanulak ([email protected]), Ms. Harth ([email protected]), or Mrs. Kelly ([email protected]).
