The Friends of the Verona Public Library will be hosting a book sale at the Verona Green Fair on Saturday, May 19, and they need your help with paperback book donations.
With the library in its temporary location at the Verona Community Center Annex, there has been no room to hold donated books. So the Friends will be accepting paperback donations for one day only: Friday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Annex is located behind the main VCC building at 880 Bloomfield Avenue and the library is on the second floor.
The Verona Green Fair will be held in the center of town from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the rain date is Sunday, May 20. In addition to the books, there will be a wide variety of green business, information on gardening and solar energy, a food drive and more.
Please note: This book donation drive is for paperbacks only.
