Senior Annabelle Zebrowski ’18 (left, above) became the latest lacrosse player in Oak Knoll history to join the “200-goal club” last week. Zebrowski reached the milestone during a five-goal outburst against West Morris Central on Friday, April 20.
“Annabelle has been a significant contributor to the varsity team since her freshman year. This is a big milestone for her and her coaches are very proud of her accomplishment,” said Coach Rachel Lasda. “Annabelle truly embodies the ideals of Oak Knoll lacrosse in displaying her leadership, hard work and positive attitude,” Lasda added.
Zebrowski has been a standout both on the field and in the classroom as she has been recognized as an AP Scholar, an NJ.com Second-Team All-American and a member of the Cum Laude Society. She also represented New Jersey on the Underclass Team at the Under Armour All-American Tournament on July 1, 2017, at the Johnny Unitas Stadium at Towson University, Maryland. She joins an elite group of players to eclipse the 200-goal mark at Oak Knoll, including former teammate Ali Baiocco ’17, Virginia Crotty ’07, Allie Hubschmann ’07 and Colleen O’Keefe ’04.
Zebrowski, of Verona, has committed to continue her lacrosse career at the collegiate level at Georgetown.
