Real Estate: Price Changes, Open Houses, New Listings

It’s definitely still a seller’s market in the world of Verona real estate, but if you’re looking at the upper end of Verona listings, there’s some good news for you: Three of the four properties with price changes this weekend are ones that were listed above $600,000.

Once again, it’s a weekend with a good number of new listings–6 in all, from condos to single-family properties–and five open houses. Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

NEW LISTINGS

365 Bloomfield Avenue #7A: 1 bed, 1 bath condo in pet-friendly complex. $185,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

349 Bloomfield Avenue #13: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Renovated, assigned parking. $195,000.

149 Franklin Street: 2 bed, 1 bath. Cape with newer furnace, central AC. $374,900.

107 Morningside Road: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Renovated kitchen, garage with sports bar. $599,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

56 Cumberland Avenue: 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Gut renovation with open floor plan, paver patio. For sale by owner. $719,000.

47 Cypress Avenue: 5 beds, 3 baths. Renovated, open floor plan with master suite on separate level. $778,880
