Real Estate: 7 New Listings, 5 Open Houses, 3 Price Changes

Verona real estate this weekend is all about odd numbers, and no, we don’t mean the asking prices. There are seven new listings, from condos to a spacious single-family home with ranch living on an upper and a lower level. There are also five open houses, though if the National Weather Service is correct you will need to bring an umbrella. And finally, there are three homes with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest.

54 Park Avenue #C0019-19: 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Close to Verona Park, NYC transportation. $235,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

53 Gould Street: 2 beds, 1 bath. Updated kitchen, bath, steps from center of town. $349,000.

30 Oakridge Road: 4 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Open floor plan, deep lot. $538,000.

131 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 3 baths. Eat-in kitchen, large family room. $589,900.

24 Sutton Place: 4 bed, 2 bath. Formal dining room, patio, close to Verona Park. For sale by owner. $625,000.

60 Otsego Road: 4 beds, 3 baths. Ranch with separate entrance to possible in-law/au pair suite on lower level. $689,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.
