Real Estate Gets Back From The Beach

Much of the population of Verona is back from the beach: We have to be, because fall sports have started practice. (Band families can keep their toes in the sand a while longer since Verona High School band camp doesn’t start until August 26.)  The Verona real estate market? It’s getting there, too.

There are only three new listings this weekend, but seven open houses and three listings with lower prices. Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:
