Real Estate, With Double Open Houses

Traditionally in Verona real estate, open houses are only a Sunday afternoon thing. But this weekend, among the six open houses, there are two with both Saturday and Sunday showings. There are also four new listings, which is about the traditional level for the deep heat of summer.

And if you are looking to build from scratch, you might be interested in knowing that the wooded 4.3-acre lot at 26 Crestmont Road near Kip’s Castle and the Claridge condos has had its price reduced again to $499,900. When it was first put on the market in February 2015, the property’s asking price was $1.6 million.
