The Verona Environmental Commission is asking volunteers to come out for another cleanup of the Peckman River behind F.N. Brown School this Saturday, June 4, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers should wear long pants, long-sleeve shirts and work boots or rain boots. Waders are recommended if you plan to go into the Peckman. Other items like gloves and bags will be supplied for you.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
