The annual book sale that the Friends of the Verona Public Library hosts at the Verona Pool was rained out earlier this summer, so it has been rescheduled for this Saturday, July 11.
Gently used fiction and non-fiction titles will be available, along with books for children and teens. Books are being sold for the following prices: Hardcovers are $2.00 each, trade paperbacks are $1.00 each, mass market paperbacks are $0.50, and children and teen novels are $0.50 each. All proceeds from this book sale are donated to The Verona Public Library.
The sale is only open to Verona Pool members. If you are not a member of the pool but would like to buy some gently used books, you can do so at the Ongoing Book Sale at the Verona Public Library, located at 17 Gould Street. Stop by and visit the sale to see a wide selection of titles to choose from.
