There are many houses that look alike in Verona. If you have one of the so-called Heller houses from the 1930s, you’ve seen its double all over town. There’s a lot of similarity among the houses on Ann Street and Cypress Avenue near F.N. Brown elementary school. The houses on Woodland Avenue between Elmwood and Otsego roads once all looked alike before they were expanded up, out and back. But it’s rare that two houses that look alike come on the market on the same weekend–and at the same price. Located near Forest Avenue elementary school, 4 Balston Drive and 16 Whitney Terrace are mirror images. The photos posted with the listings show plenty of differences in interior design, but the bones of both are the same.
