On Sunday, November 2 at 12:30 p.m., there will be a dinner to honor Coach Fred Hill, who retired as head baseball coach at Rutgers University earlier this year.
The event will take place at the Mayfair Farms in West Orange and tickets are $75 per person. To reserve your spot, please download this form, and send it with your check to Barry Cohen, 7 Garnet Terrace, Livingston, NJ 07039. You check should be payable to “Friends of Fred Hill”.
The event organizers are also looking for photos of Coach “Moose” and the many teams he has led, from Clifford Scott High School to Rutgers, and even of Hill’s life in Verona. If you have any, you can email them to [email protected].
