Verona student author Aidan Dyer will visit Cedar Grove’s South End School on December 5, where he will speak about why he wrote his books, talk about his dyslexia, and read excerpts from his books.
Dyer published his second book, The Funniest Scariest Stories, just before Halloween. It can be purchased through the publisher, KP Press, and on Amazon.com. His third book, The Mutant Candy Cane Juggernauts, a Dustin Dust Adventure, will be released by Christmas.
Dyer took to writing books during the summer between third grade and fourth grade at Brookdale Avenue School. He self-published his first book, The Adventures of Dustin Dust and Larry Lint, at Time Warp Comics in December 2012 and has been a speaker and several Verona schools since then.
