The word is definitely out that houses in Verona are selling strongly again. As we told you last week, the average sale price in Verona was $364,100 for the first three quarters of the year, up from $327,600 for the same period in 2012.

You can get into Verona for considerably less than that this week–or spend quite a bit more. There’s a new listing for a one-bed condo at $180,500 and an open house at a large single-family home priced at $759,000.

In all, there are six new home listings in Verona this week, six open houses and two homes with lower prices.
