It’s the second light weekend in a row for real estate in Verona. In the last two weeks, just four properties have come on the market here, ranging in price from $139,900 (a condo) to $550,000 for a Tudor that needs some TLC. There are also four properties with lower prices and one of them, the expansive colonial at 38 Mountain Road, is having an open house this Sunday.
