The ice has thawed on Verona Park lake, but there’s still a pretty deep chill in the residential real estate market in Verona. Excluding the short sales, there are only 41 condo apartments, townhouses and single-family homes listed for sale right now, at prices ranging from $175,000 to $1.5 million. That includes the three new properties listed this week.
