The Essex County Office of Small Business Development and Affirmative Action will be holding a free workshop on how to win a state contract. It will be held on Thursday, October 25, at 10 a.m. at McLoone’s Boathouse Restaurant by the Codey Arena in West Orange.
“Our mission is to empower small, women and minority businesses by providing vital information that helps them compete for contracts on all levels of government. This workshop focuses on state contracts and will provide key tips on how to compete for business in New Jersey,” said Deborah E. Collins, director of the small business office.
