Verona High School’s football and baseball coach, Lou Racioppe, runs summer camps in those sports for the younger crowd and he is opening registration for both programs.
The Verona Football Camp, open to students currently in 1st through 8th grades, will run July 9 to 13 from 9 a.m. until noon. It will be held at the VHS football practice field on Sampson Drive and the cost is $125.
The Verona Baseball Camp will run July 16 to 20 from 9 a.m. until noon. It will be held at the VHS baseball field on Sampson Drive and it is open to all baseball players who are still playing on the small diamond. The cost is $125.
