We have just received word that former Superior Court Judge Marilyn H. Loftus passed away last week. The Verona resident, who was 75, was the first female assistant attorney general in New Jersey.
There will be a funeral mass for Judge Loftus on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena. Her obituary and details on memorial donations are on the Web site of Shook’s funeral parlor.
