VHS Inducts 28 Into National Honor Society

On Thursday, May 19, 27 Verona High School juniors and one senior were inducted into the Verona Chapter of the National Honor Society. Each new inductee met the National Honor Society requirements in the areas of scholarship, leadership, character and service, and each was inducted in by a VHS faculty member of their choice.

The students inducted were Filip F. Babalievsky, Matthew Bartell, Michael Bartell, Rachel Blinder, Jordan Bronson, Megan Burnham, Gabriela Campos, Colleen Carr, Donna Jo DiNorcia, Kristina DiStaso, Jacob Ellis Facey, Caroline Fernandez, Kelli Foy, Samantha Intili, Evan H. Janssens, Timothy Kiernan, Nicholas E. Licitra, Connor M. McGee, Lauren A. Smith, Melanie A. Smith, Josh Solomon, Alison Sprong, Heather Mistral Sweeney, Michael A. Theobald, Phillip M. Vetrano, Frank Wang, Amelia Weiss, Evan J. Yee
