We kid you not. The 4-H is holding a “junior engineers” class for kids ages 7 to 12 on Wednesday, January 26 at the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland. The interactive, hands-on workshop will let your kids explore basic physics principles to build roller coasters. They’ll learn about slope, curve, and spiral in order to build for optimal speed, height and trajectory. The cost is $10 per child and you’ve got to register them in advance by calling 973-353-1338. The class begins at 4:30 p.m.
