There’s going to be a lot of reading and rhyming for pre-schoolers going on at the Verona Public Library this fall. But if you want to sign up someone in your family, you’ve only got until tomorrow, September 17, to do so.

Here’s what’s on tap: “First Timers”, a nursery rhyme program for babies and their caregivers, will be held on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. beginning September 22. The toddler program, for children age 18 months to 3 years, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m.. The combo program, for children ages 2 to 6, is Thursday at 10 a.m., and it is followed at 11 a.m. by a preschool program for children ages 4 to 6. All story time programs run 12 weeks through December 16 and they are free.

To participate, you must be a Verona resident or hold a currently valid non-resident library card. You can register through the library’s Web site, or call 973-857-4848 for more information.
