The Master Gardeners of Essex County will be holding a free class on flower arranging for senior citizens on Monday, June 21 at 1 p.m. The class is free and, weather permitting, it will be held outdoors near the Garibaldi Hall building at the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland.
