Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the Master Gardeners of Essex County are holding a seminar on lawn care next Wednesday night, April 7.

“Growing Green on Your Side of the Fence” will teach you how to properly care for and feed your lawn during the spring and summer season. You’ll learn how to rejuvenate an older lawn or get healthy growth on a new one.

The class will be held at 7 p.m. at Essex County Environmental Center’s Garibaldi Hall in Roseland. The cost is $8 per adult and you need to register in advance. You can buy a Rutgers soil test kit at the class for $15. For information, call 973-228-8776.[mappress]
