Estate planning involving special needs children, like caring for them, can be especially complicated.

This Wednesday, March 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the Verona Community Center, the Verona nonprofit C.H.I.L.D. (Children Having Individual Learning Differences) is hosting a workshop to help parents plan for long-term care for their special needs children.  The workshop will be led by Alexander Graziano,  a partner in the Verona law firm Graziano & Campi LLC.   Graziano will discuss the main elements involved in estate planning, such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney, and what parents of special needs children should consider as they plan for their children’s future.
