Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties hosted their annual “by invitation only” awards gala on March 22nd to celebrate the outstanding achievements of their sales professionals in 2017. Among these outstanding professionals was Lauren Orsini, sales associate and team leader of The Orsini Team with the West Essex Office in Verona, who was honored as the company’s number one team.

Held at Liberty House in Jersey City, “Feel This Moment” honored all top performers companywide including the Pinnacle Group—the 15 top-ranked teams and 27 top-ranked agents who qualified for membership. Included in The Orsini Team and top performers of 2017 were, Lisa Oyama, Debra Yuran, Ava Zebrowski, and Laura Drago.

“At the heart of their success is their outstanding lead capture skills, active social media campaigns, and their perseverance to be the best,” said Steve Janett, COO at New Jersey Properties. “Lauren and her team established a new record for the highest closed Gross Commission Income at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties and we are proud of her success and determination.”

In 2015, The Orsini Team closed more than $17 million in volume, in 2016, they closed more than $25 million in volume, and in 2017, and they nearly doubled their production by closing close to $45 million in volume. The team continues to grow and keeps their client’s happiness and success their number one priority.
