The Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit has announced that tomorrow, Wednesday, March 14, at 7 p.m. it will join the Church of the Holy Innocents in West Orange in a joint prayer vigil to observe the one-month anniversary of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., and to pray for all victims of gun violence.
The Venerable Chris McCloud and The Rev. Jerry Racioppi invite the community to join in this service of lamentation, which will take place at Holy Innocents, 681 Prospect Avenue, West Orange. The service will include segments from Evening Prayer as well as music sung by the Holy Innocents Choir.
