Real Estate Comes In Like A Lion

March, the saying goes, comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, and the Verona real estate market certainly seems to be taking that to heart today. On a weekend that has a few residents cleaning up downed trees and tree limbs, there are five new listings, five open houses and four price changes.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

9 Brentwood Drive: 3 beds, 2 baths. Renovated throughout, finished basement, deck. $479,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

49 Mountain Road: 3 beds, 2 baths. Open floor plan, master with two walk-ins, finished basement. $584,999.
