Real Estate’s High-End Price Adjustments

Verona is mostly a place of modestly priced homes. But there are large dwellings with large price tags in some of our neighborhoods, and two of those listings have slightly lower listing prices this weekend. There are also two new listings and four open houses today.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category.

NEW LISTINGS

69 Gerdes Avenue: 4 beds, 3 baths. Trex deck, renovated kitchen. $649,000.
