knittingThe Verona Public Library, which supported a group this summer that made hats for chemotherapy patients, is hosting another knit for a cause project this fall.

Beginning Thursday, October 5, knitters of all levels (and crocheters) are invited to the Library to make winter hats and scarves to be donated to a local charity. The group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. every Thursday.

Materials will be provided, but registration is required and space is limited. Click on this link to sign up.

With its traditional building undergoing renovation, the Verona Public Library is temporarily located in the Verona Community Center Annex at 880 Bloomfield Ave.
