Mr. Gerald Knapp died on August 10, 2017 at his home in Verona. He was 53.
Services will be held in the Church of the Holy Spirit, 36 Gould Street, Verona on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 12:30 p.m.
Born in Newark, Mr. Knapp grew up in Nutley, graduated from Nutley High School and moved to Verona 25 years ago.
He had been a mason and contractor in the Verona area and more recently a sales associate for the Maguire Auto Group.
He was the husband of Cheryl (nee Montagna) Knapp and the father of Gerald J. Knapp and Jake Knapp. He is also survived by his brothers, Thomas Tosi, Joseph Tosi and his mother-in-law, Gail Montagna.
